  The abend occurs for every job submitted but the jobs appear
  to run correctly.  The event writer queue in ECSA appears to
  have been overlayed.
  The jobs track correctly so no operational problems.
  The abend is in a different subsystem (not the active
  controller or tracker)

  Abend S0C4-11 occurs for every job submitted but the jobs
  appear to run correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The abend was due to incorrect data in the event writer queue.
  The queue area is cleared after the storage obtain.
  One of the modules changed by this PTF is EQQZQUEX
  that is part of the load module EQQSSCMx.
  So, in order to correctly apply the fix, the customer
  needs to reload the new EQQSSCMx, either doing a system
  IPL or using the init statements BUILDSSX and SSCMNAME.
