  DMC formatting previously supported MSGD as an option. This
  change extends the use of the MSGD option and increases the
  granularity of control over the amount of message data that is
  formatted.
  

Problem conclusion

• Additional options have been added to DMC=3 (when ONAM is
  specified), BMC=3, BMC=4 and PSID=xx formatters, to allow MSGD
  to be specified to format out the contents of any messages
  found. MSGD= has been changed to support the options S and D, to
  control the amount of message content to be formatted. S is used
  for summary message content and D for detailed formatting.
  
  Additionally a new formatter has been included, to allow a
  segment of storage in a dump to be formatted as a message. This
  is specified using MSG=xxxxxxxx, with MSGD needing to be
  specified, LEN=xxxx specifies the amount of storage to search
  through and MASID=xxxx specifies the ASID of the storage to
  format.

  Changes - To the table of 'Resource manager dump formatting
           keywords', add keyword MSGD=S/D with 'What is
           formatted' to read -
           'Message details in DMC=3, BMC=3/4, PSID reports. The
           parameter controls level of details, S is summary and
           D is detailed'
  
           Additionally add Keyword MSG=nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
           ,MASID=xxxx,LEN=xxxxxxxx, MSGD=S/D' with 'What is
           formatted' to read -
           'Format the message at pointer. MASID allows storage in
           other address spaces, LEN limiting amount of storage to
           format and MSGD controlling level of detail'
