Error description

• When File Manager Batch Template Update (BTU) utility is run to
  make updates to a template, differences in the output template
  are found when the utility is run at service level UK80270
  verses when run at service level UI15572.
  When using File Manager Template Workbench (FM option 7.1)
  to edit the templates, the template created at service level
  UK80270 displays Record Type Selection panel, where as when
  editing the template created at service level UI15572, the
  Field Selection/Edit panel is displayed.
