PI49188: TIGHT LOOP FREEZES ADDRESS SPACE WITH MANY "DTRCB NOT INITIALIZED" MESSAGES

Error description

• If EQA00OHI is entered to handle an abend when the CPU is in
  SRB mode, a very tight loop can occur in the recovery manager.
  The symptom is that thousands of  lines of the string ">>>>
  EQA00OHI: DtRcb not initialized" appear in the console. In some
  cases the job can only be force purged.
