PI47360: INCORRECT OUTPUT WHEN BURSTING IN BCC FIELD WITHIN EVENT STUDIO

Error description

• When an Event agent is set up to burst a report output and
  distribute the output through an email task, if the query item
  used for the email addresses is placed within the BCC field all
  outputs will be sent to all users. This can cause output to go
  to users who are not intended to entitled to see the output.

• Place the email address query item into the TO field
