PI47017: File Manager/DB2 customer receives message "Read-only view" instead of "No rows returned" when there is no data to display.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer is using File Manager DB2 and is doing a search on a
  DB2 table.  After installing PI41010, if the data they search
  on does not exist they receive message "Read-only view".  Prior
  to installing PI41010, they would receive message
  "No Rows Returned" when there was no data to display as a
  result of the search.

  Multiple informational messages might be issued when processing
  a DB2 object.  When the object is a read-only view (at least
  one, but not all columns cannot be updated), the message
  'Read-only view' takes precedence over message 'No rows
  returned'.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager DB2 component has been changed to correct the
  problem.  Message 'No rows returned' will take priority over
  message 'Read-only view'.
