  01. Static storage for inactive Cobol5 program is missing.
  02. A status popup panel did not have a specific ISPF keylist
      and hence was causing random data to be displayed which led
      to a terminal error.
  03. There is a second CLLE for the program at a different
      address which stops the correct one being used.
  04. The source history file cache was not obtained during
      access checking.
  05. Message IDI0095W issued inappropriately.
  

Problem conclusion

• 01. The Cobol5 program is mapped to provide static information
  02. A specific keylist has been added to the status panel
  03. CLLE discovery changed to exclude duplicate CLLEs.
  04. The source history file cache is now being obtained
      correctly.
  05. Message IDI0095W issued when using the dynamic
      IEAVTABX_EXIT has been suppressed.
