  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend 5C6-00E50076 occurs in CSQVEUS1,  *
  *                      followed by abnormal queue manager      *
  *                      termination with REASON=00E50706 when a *
  *                      CICS task abends while waiting for an   *
  *                      execution switch to complete.           *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  A CICS transaction was abended while suspended in CSQVEUS1
  waiting for an execution switch to occur. CSQVEUS1's recovery
  routine set the EBDR flag to indicate that deferred recovery was
  required before percolating. CSQMCPRH's recovery routine then
  executed and checked whether EBDR had been set, however because
  the CICS transaction was running on a different EB to the
  connection EB, the wrong EB was checked. This led CSQGFRCV to
  incorrectly retry rather than percolating.
  When the CICS transaction subsequently went though termination
  processing, the unexpected retry left the ACE in an invalid
  state, leading to CSQVEUS3 attempting to suspend on a ROB that
  had already been suspended on, and resulting in the reported
  abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQGFRCV is changed to correctly handle the case where a CICS
  transaction running under a EB other than the connection EB has
  abended and EBDR has been set.
