Error description

• TITLE ==> COMPON=MMS,COMPID=SCMMS,ABEND=0C4,MODULE=CNLSSDR ,
  ==> RPLP=00000BE0,MMS SET/DISPLAY FAILS
  MMS' support reviewed the dump and found  the dump shows that
  ASID x'1A9', TCB 008D2E88, takes an ABEND0C4 PIC4 in CNLSSDR due
  to using an input value of zero. CNLSSDR is part of MMS Services
  (MVS Message Service - does translation of messages using
  skeletons). the linkage stack  under this task has made a call
  to the SSI (LS1 - IEFJSREQ) for function code 50 (notification
  of task termination).  we can then see the 2nd linkage stack do
  a PC 1000, which is the PC to MMS.  This PC is done from OMPEEOT
  (KO2ZEOT - starts at 18FAC2A8) +x'230'.
