  During migration from V11 CM mode to V11 ENFM, DSNTIJEN
  fails at ENFM0001 with DSNT376I timeout message.  The
  holder of resource is the accelerator heartbeat monitor
  service task 033.ACCEKGE1.

• use DB2 command -STOP ACCEL MODE(FORCE) SCOPE(GROUP)

  *                 from V10 or V11 Conversion Mode (CM)         *
  *                 while accelerator services are started.      *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message DSNT376I is issued due to       *
  *                      resources held by a DB2 internal,       *
  *                      IDAA related, system task with a        *
  *                      correlation ID of 033.ACCEKGnn.         *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  A DB2 10 or 11 subsystem (stand-alone or a member of a data
  sharing group) is running in Conversion Mode (CM) with
  accelerator services started.  The Enable New Function Mode
  job (migration job DSNTIJEN) is submitted to initiate the
  migration to Enable New Function Mode (ENFM).  At job step
  ENFM0001, message DSNT376I is displayed indicating that the
  ENFM job has timed out waiting for a resource that is currently
  being held by one or more accelerator heartbeat monitor tasks.
  The correlation-id of an accelerator heartbeat monitor task is
  033.ACCEKGnn, where nn can be any two characters.
  The ENFM job fails with abend S04E and reason code 00E40601.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 10 and 11 have been changed to ensure that the resources
  held by an internal accelerator related service task are
  released in a timely manner.  Any job or task needing access
  to those resources, e.g ENFM job, will therefore not be timed
  out waiting for those resources.
   Note: Data sharing users should be aware that, for a seamless
    migration, this change should be applied to all members that
    utilize accelerators.
