Error description
User has FM/IMS batch job that runs a REXX exec using PROC=REXX1 where REXX1 is a member of a PDS that is RECFM=VB, LRECL=255. The same exec runs fine when the PDS is RECFM=FB and LRECL=80.
Local fix
Adjust the file attributes of the REXX exec, or place the proc inline within the JCL.
