PI43004: ROW HEADINGS DISAPPEAR WHEN PULLING IN A DIFFERENT DIMENSION LEVEL.

Error description

• In Workspace advanced, when dragging a dimension level into rows
  into which there are already rows comprised of two levels from
  another dimension, the row headings disappear even though
  "Automatically create crosstab headers for sets" has been
  checked.
  
  This is accessing a TM1 datasource through a DQM model. The same
  error does not occur with a CQM model
