Local fix

Problem summary

  • The IBMJCECCA provider's implementation of KeyGenerator#init()
    does not completely reset the KeyGenerator object before
    initializing it with new initialization parameters.
    If there are two calls to KeyGenerator#init() on the same
    KeyGenerator object, the initialization parameters from the
    first init() call could still be preserved in the KeyGenerator
    object even after the second init() call.

Problem conclusion

  • The IBMJCECCA provider has been updated to change the behavior
    of KeyGenerator#init() so that it resets the KeyGenerator object
    before initializing it with new initialization parameters.
    If there are two calls to KeyGenerator#init() on the same
    KeyGenerator object, the KeyGenerator object will be reset on
    both init() calls and be initialized with initialization
    parameters specific to each init() call.
