Problem conclusion

• Nilled elements would have a size less than 1. Algorithm was
  corrected to check the size of the CData before attempting to
  retrieve the value.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.11 and 8.5.5.7.  Please refer to the
