PI41017: WEBSPHERE MQ ON ZOS A "DIS CLUSQMGR" DOES NOT DISPLAY STATUS OUTPUT.

Error description

• On zOS platform, the output of "DIS CLUSQMGR" command where
  DEFTYPE is CLUSRCVR does not display the STATUS parameter.
  On other platforms, the STATUS is displayed.

  When the DIS CLUSQMGR command is entered for channel DEFTYPE
  CLUSRCVR, a table is referenced in CSQMDCLU that prevents
  the STATUS of the channel from being reported.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to allow STATUS to be reported
  for channel DEFTYPE CLUSRCVR when issuing the DIS CLUSQMGR
  command.
