Error description

• Using Dynamic Query Mode, a report based on a TM1 datasource
  with crosstab spaces fails on validation or execution with
  "XQE-MDX-0011 The hierarchy is not a projected hierarchy."
  

Local fix

• Remove the crosstab spaces or use CQM and the report will
  validate and run without error.
