PI40717: CHART WITHIN A LIST SHOWS "NO DATA AVAILABLE" WHEN RUN TO PDF

Error description

• When running a report that has a chart embedded in a list the
  output for the chart shows   as "no data available" when the
  report is run in the background. If you run the report
  interactively to HTML all chart outputs appear without issue,
  but once it is run to PDF or HTML in the background all charts
  display "no data available"
