PI40345: Dynamic index creation and deletion fails when using multimaster replication.

Error description

• The NullPointerException exception is seen when trying to create
  or delete a dynamic index when using multimaster replication.

  *                      tries to inform replicas of the         *

  Dynamic index creation and deletion logic incorrectly was
  trying to update foreign primaries, which caused a
  NullPointerException exception.  The logic was updated to skip
  updating foreign primaries when attempting to update replicas
  of the dynamic index change.
  

Problem conclusion

• An interim fix is available for this APAR upon request.
