    WITH A REDUCED SET OF CIPHER CODES received upon region

    it with another resource name in one of the regions, the

    * installing a URIMAP without the CIPHERS *
    *                      attribute.                              *

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    A URIMAP is installed without a value specified for the CIPHERS
    attribute. DFHWBUR is called to create the URIMAP resource. At
    the end of the call to DFHWBUR a test is made to determine if
    any ciphers have been removed from the list supplied in the
    CIPHERS attribute. This test is being made using a potentially
    uninitialised variable which may cause message DFHAM4917 to be
    issued invalidly.
