Comments

• CICS has introduced a new part, DFHSOXC, which will provide the
  capability for IBM support to supply a simple usermod to
  reinstate removed ciphers while connected systems are upgraded
  to use more secure ciphers.
  
  In addition, future security APARs requiring CICS to remove
  support for selected ciphers should be quicker to process and
  affect fewer parts.  This will result in fewer, smaller PTFs
  that have simpler pre-req chains.
