    Poor bind performance may occur due to unnecessary access to the
    PLAN_TABLE when the SET statement is applied when optimization
    hint is enable.
    
    Example:
    SET CURRENT SCHEMA = 'USER001';
    
    DB2 might access the PLAN_TABLE for the SET statement above.

Problem conclusion
