PI38484: EQQY229E IS RETURNED WHEN SELECT JCLPREP IS DONE VIA PIF

Error description

• When running a PIF to get promptable variables for an
  application, for example:
       MODIFY CPOC  (ADID=xxxxxxxxxxxx IA=yymmddhhmm)
       MODIFY CPOP  (OPNO=nnn, STATUS=C)
       SELECT JCLPREP  (ADID=xxxxxxxxxxx, IA=yymmddhhmm, OPNO=nnn)
  .
  error message EQQY229E is returned with RC=8

  When running a PIF with a SELECT JCLPREP or JCLPREPA
  that ends with a Warning or an Error message, the following
  RESET command do not clear the structure and another
  SELECT JCLPREP or JCLPREPA will fail with error message
  EQQY229E and RC=8
  

Problem conclusion

• During the RESET action, the internal structure
  of the previous SELECT JCLPREP or SELECT JCLPREPA
  will be freed, if it is found still allocated
