Error description

  • --- Service ---

-Rational Developer for System Z Code Coverage report is
incorrect. The PL/I application entry point in not being
recognized by Debug Tool for z/OS.
     (PI28224 at 12.1)

-Debug Tool message EQA9981I EQA00STO Internal Error 00000004
received when debugging a PL/1 program with >255 secondary
     entry points.

This fix also requires the PTF for Language Environment APAR
     PI36314.
     (PI36219 at 11.1)

    -ABENDS0C4 EQADCXXT+'1828'x in CICS.
     (PI37116 at 13.1)

-An AT ENTRY CU breakpoint is triggering unexpectedly while the
Enterprise PLI program referred to in the breakpoint is
running, after it executes a PLI FETCH statement. The error
is occurring in an application that contains a combination of
Enterprise COBOL and Enterprise PLI modules. The main COBOL
program starts, and the user sets breakpoint: AT ENTRY B
(where B is a dynamically called PLI program). The user issues
GO, and the ENTRY breakpoint triggers correctly when B is
entered. The user issues another GO. Program B calls another
PLI subroutine which runs and returns to B. Then B executes a
FETCH statement. The ENTRY breakpoint triggers in error after
     the FETCH.
     (PI38436 at 12.1)

-Program check occurs in Debug Tool routine EQA30TK+'3AA4'x
when issuing a SET QUALIFY LOAD command.
     (PI38780 at 13.1)

-When using VADSCP930 with REMOTE GUI, in the Variables view
and Monitors view, some constant string text is garbled (such
as 'Show as string' and 'Character').
     (PI39451 at 12.1)

-CICS: Debug Tool will not start up for a module which contains
multiple segments (aka split load module).
     (PI39610 at 12.1)

-Program Check at EQA00OHC+'00001382'x when setting a statement
breakpoint in an optimized COBOL program in a remote debug
     session.
     (PI40491 at 13.1)

-AbendS878 occurs with Debug Tool in CICS JVM environment due
     to SCB leak.
     (PI40953 at 13.1)

-In 3270 DTCN, an incorrect message "Active. Press PF5 to
Inactivate." is displayed in error. It occurs after
inactivating a profile on the "Debug Tool CICS Control - All
Sessions" panel with an I line command. Then return to the
primary panel, and the profile status is shown with Active
status in error on the primary panel.
     (PI41851 at 12.1)

-AbendASRA in EQANCXOU in STG processing due to zero CTA
     pointer.
     (PI42270 at 13.1).

-LANGX/P from Fault Analyzer V11.1 PTF UI27382 level.
     IDILANGX V11R1M0 (UI27382 2015/05/06).

Defects that have already been shipped that are included in
    this service:

The following items were shipped via APAR PI41131 PTF UI28015:

-The current execution line does not move when stepping through
a large application where the DSA chain exceeds 100 save
areas. Instead, line 1 is constantly highlighted and the
QUERY LOCATION command indicated the program is at line 0.

-AbendS0C1 from entry @@DPIFN1 when using z/OS 1.13 LE and
     debugging a C or C++ program.
