Error description

• a TWSz v9.2 user reported a random discrepancy between the
  "ended-in-error" operations list which are displayed  in
   option 5.3 in panel:
  EQQMOPRL --- MODIFYING OPERATIONS IN THE CURRENT PLAN
  and those which are listed in option 5.4 in panel:
  EQQMEP1L ------ HANDLING OPERATIONS ENDED IN ERROR
  The list of the "ended-in-error" jobs list in panel EQQMEP1L
  is incomplete
  The problem occurs due to a corruption of a CP record.
  This apar has been opened to address this error
  .
  The same fix affects the 6.4 panel as well
  ( EQQSEE1L)

  These are the operations that has the "STARTED AT STARTUP"
  field to Y.

• This error is due to a missing initialization of an
  internal field.
