prior to DB2 version 8. Column SYSIBM.SYSCOLUMNS.CCSID for
the GRAPHIC datatype columns has value 0.
The problem can occur processing an affected table directly
using the FM/DB2 editor, or by entering a SELECT statement
that accesses the affected table using FM/DB2 options 4.1-4.4.

Problem conclusion

  • File Manager DB2 component has been updated to correct the
    problem.
