Error description

• An FC6-01 abend with the following traceback stack occurs in
  the creation of the JVM in the biphttplistener process during
  the start up of the Integration node on z/OS:

  ImbHTTPListener::instanceOfHTTPListener(ImbPlatformSupport&)

  The biphttplistener ../components//httplistener/stderr
  file reports the following Java Exception:

Local fix

• The issue can be worked around by setting the following
  environment variable in the Brokers ENVFILE:
  
  IBM_JAVA_OPTIONS=-Djava.library.path=/usr/lpp
    /mqsi/V9R0M0/lib

Problem conclusion

• The product now explicitly sets the java.library.path based on
  the LIBPATH in the biphttplistener process, rather than relying
  on the JVM to inherit it from the LIBPATH.
