Error description

• You may observe a blank page being displayed when attempting add
  a user to the Access Control black/white list in RAM 7.5.2.2
  (Administration > Configuration > Add user to Access Control
  [Black|White] list).  This can occur if there is a failure to
  add the user to the list and an exception may be present in the
  logs; such a failure can occur if information about the
  registered RAM user conflicts with LDAP registry information.
  

Local fix

• You must first resolve any user conflicts, then you can try
  refreshing the page and attempt to add the user to the desired
  list.
