MESSAGE 'Data Set Already Exists' is incorrectly issued.

File Manager issues an invalid message when dynamic allocation
services receives a reason code of x'9704' which means:
9704 Meaning: Severe SMS CATALOG service error.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • File Manager has been updated to allow DF/SMS to issue a message
when dynamic allocation fails with reason code x'9704'.
