when the LRECL for //UNLOAD DD is not large enough:

 IEA705I ERROR DURING FREEMAIN SYS CODE = 978-04

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Extract terminates abnormally with      *
*                      abendS978-4 or S0C4 when the LRECL for  *
*                      UNLOAD file is too small.               *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
****************************************************************

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • FM/IMS has been modified to issue an error message and terminate
when the LRECL for the UNLOAD file is too small.
