Error description

  • Users see the following message when opening the workflow view
    in TM1 Applications:
    
    This application has been updated by the administrator.  Your
    view will now be refreshed.
    
    But the view does not get refreshed and the error persists.  If
    user log out and log back in they continue to get that error and
    cannot continue. IN the pmpsvc.log on all 4 servers contain
    this:
    
    Session Approval hierarchy is out sync with server data
    
    This problem may have occurred when changes were made to the
    approval hierarchy or rights as users were performing data
    submission.
