APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• From File Manager option 9.1, a MQ Queue Manager is selected.
  When attempting to view a queue entry from the selected
  Queue Manager, receive message 'Open Queue failed'.  Message
  ICH408I is also received with ACCESS INTENT(UPDATE ).

  When opening the MQ Queue File Manager uses an option
  MQOO_INPUT_SHARED which requires update access to the MQQUEUE
  resource.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager has been modified to ensure users with read access
  to the MQ Queues can view them.
