• WMQ 800 ABEND0C4  in CSQSHFMN due to an MQOPEN using a
  version 1 MQOD for a QALIAS targeting a Topic Object.

  FreeTopicString in CSQMOPEN (and CSQMSOPN) tries to free an area
  of storage of address '40404040'x, however this address is
  invalid so CSQSHFMN gets an 0C4. The field containing this
  address is mhnd.pTopicODStr which is a union of another field
  mhnd.csGMOResolvedQName. That field is set to blanks in CSQMOPNI
  if the ObjDesc.ObjectQMgrName is not equal to the local qmgr
  name. The error condition only happens, however, if the
  ObjDesc.ObjectQMgrName is a queue manager alias to the local
  queue manager.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQMOPEN and CSQMSOPN will no longer try to free the area
  pointed to be the blanked out pointer pTopicODStr.
