  When the CHINIT is stopped and started without stopping the
  queue manager then it is possible that the address of the
  cluster cache in the CHINIT will change.
  If this is the case then the address of the SSL Peer name
  which is stored in CLQMGR.CD.SSLPeerNamePtr will be incorrect.
  When this value is dereferenced then an 0C4 abend may occur,
  and the repository manager thread terminates.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQXRFXC has been changed so that the SSLPeerNamePtr of all
  channels is recalculated if only the CHINIT has been cycled.
