Error description
Log analysis workspace does not work for portal 8.0 and above. It works for WAS but it does not for Portal because there is no support in the portal code in WpsAlsProperties.java. You get the following messages in the logs which shows that Configuration class is returning null and also Systemout and Systemerr paths are wrong. Problem summary
Log analysis workspace does not work for portal 8.0 and above. It works for WAS but it does not for Portal because there is no support in the portal code in WpsAlsProperties.java. I added the support for Portal 8.0 and all the future versions.
Problem conclusion
Added support for Log Analysis workspace for WebSphere Portal server 8.0 and above. This fix will be available in ITCAM for AD 7.1.0.3 Ifix 9.
Temporary fix
Provided hotfix to customer.
