Error description

C source code, depending on content, may be misclassified as
PL/I, UNKN, or may be classified as C but with dependencies
generated with incorrect names.

Problem summary

In some cases, EXEC CICS statements may stop the
classification scan from considering C or C++ as a valid
language choice.
In some other cases, and in some other cases, the
classification scan is not choosing C over PLI or PLX.
In certain other cases, the classification scan is dropping a
character when it determines a token starting with an X (which
is the case for some include names) is not a hex literal.

Problem conclusion

RAA code was changed to resolve the issues by correctly
choosing C or C++ for the file's language, as appropriate.
