Error description
Since "Save Data All" is a blocking process in 9.5.2 FP3, it will acquire locks and block all other user threads from running. Therefore, it is not started unless it is required for administrative reasons only. For some customers having the option to start "Save Data All" or "Save Data" from the Architect User Interface is an invitation to accidentally kick off save data. The 9.5.2 FP3 interface also did not ask user to confirm either, making it even easier to run save data all by mistake.
