Error description

• When using the ogclient.jar file with an Oracle JRE, a
  NoClassDefFoundError error or ClassNotFoundException exception c
  occur for the org.osgi.service.url.URLStreamHandlerService
  class.

  The org.osgi.service.url.URLStreamHandlerService class is
  loaded when using an Oracle JRE that is not loaded with an
  IBM SDK, Java Technology Edition.  This relates to the
  difference
  in dynamic class loading that is done between the two different
  vendor implementations.  As such, the class has now been added
  to
  ogclient.jar file so that it is found, if it is needed.
  

Problem conclusion

• An interim fix is available for this APAR.
