Local fix

Scanning directly without preprocessing does not produce error.

Problem summary

ORDER BY phrase of affected query was not returning rows
intended by the key of the table.

Problem conclusion

RAA code was changed to correct the ORDER BY phrase (since it
is working now on input order and a partially correct ORDER
BY), and filter out the USING and RETURNING phraseTypeIds
before retrieving the correct literal for the CALL target.
