Error description

• ABEND0C4 occurs in module CEEPDEL2+B4  when Version 4 tries to
  CANCEL program loaded by Version 5. The failure occurs as
  CLETOKEN for Version 4 CLLE is zero's.

  *                 from a program compiled with one version of  *
  *                 the Enterprise COBOL compiler, while the     *
  *                 CANCEL is performed from a program compiled  *
  *                 with a different version of the compiler.    *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND0C4 occurs in module CEEPDEL2+B4   *
  *                      when a pre-V5.1 COBOL program attempts  *
  *                      to CANCEL a program dynamically called  *
  *                      by a V5.1 COBOL program.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The abend occurs due to a token value of zero being passed to
  the LE CEEPDEL2 AWI. When the program is initially loaded by a
  V5.1 COBOL program, the runtime fails to update an internal
  control block with the correct token value returned by CEEPLOD2.
