PI18848: DELETE CEDF TASK CAUSES SM0002 ERROR CODE 030F

APAR status

• Closed as duplicate of another APAR.

Error description

• If you delete a task being watched by a CEDF session,
  an attempt to continue to use the CEDF session
  causes a storage error.
  .
  1) Log into the AOR.
  2) Start the CEDF session.
  3) Begin stepping through the application transaction.
  4) Log into the AOR again with a second 3270 session.
  5) Purge the application transaction using CEMT.
    Use either PURGE   or  FORCEPURGE
  6) Go back to the first 3270 session where CEDF is running.
  This session now has the following display on it:
  USER TASK HAS BEEN PURGED: EDF SESSION TERMINATED.
  HIT CLEAR TO CONTINUE.
  7) Press the <CLEAR> and the region dumps.
  8) This causes the following message:

  DFHSM0002 CICSTD A severe error (code X'030F')
  has occurred in module DFHSMGF.
  .
  CEDF processing was changed for CICS TS V5.1.
  The module was converted to use relative addressing,
  but the static area is not being correctly re-established
  on all calls. The DLA (debug linkage area) is freed,
  but CICS is not correctly marking it as free in the EIS.
