* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The monitoring console login panel      *
*                      fails with a user name and password     *
*                      error, when valid user names and        *
*                      passwords are entered.                  *

The root cause of this issue is the following error:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com.ibm.ws.ffdc.FFDCSelfIntrospectable

    



Problem conclusion
