  In the current WebSphere eXtreme Scale code, the  Advanced
  Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm
  was hard-coded for encoding server-to-server data and in
  some Oracle JRE
  environments on Windows and Linux the AES algorithm is not
  available.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to catch the exception and retry the
  connection using an available algorithm for the encoding.
