Error description
In Liberty Profile V8.5.5 the generateClusterPluginConfig operation in the ClusterManager mbean creates a plugin-cfg.xml file that contains unwanted VirtualHostGroup, ServerCluster, and URIGroup entries near the top of the file. This is the same problem that was fixed by apar PI07230 in WebSphere Application Server full profile V8.5.5.
Local fix
as a work-around, edit the plugin-cfg.xml file and manually remove the unwanted entries.
