* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The 'VTOC display' is not displaying    *
*                      all possible data sets.                 *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
****************************************************************
When a user specifies NNNN.MMM.** in the VTOC display
(option 3.5) File Manager is not returning the NNNN.MMM data
set.
