Error description

• When running File Manager Data Set Compare function, and
  character string includes a X'4D', receive the following
  messages:
  
   FMNBA091 Missing or invalid control card
   FMNBA117 Invalid value for parameter FIELDOLD
   FMNBB291 The user canceled the function, or the function could
   not be performed

  The process used to parse the File Manager $$FILEM parameters is
  not correctly processing the characters enclosed in quotes or
  DBCS 'shift out' (x'0E') and 'shift in' (x'0F') characters.
