PI15523: ABEND0C4 IN CSQYEAT2 +X'5C' DURING THE PROCESS OF AN S222 ABEND

Error description

• ABEND0C4 in CSQYEAT2 +X'5C' during the process of an S222
  abend. Recovery routine CSQYEAT2 has been invoked, and due to an
  overlaid SSCA an ABEND0C4 occurred.

  An application was attempting to connect to a queue manager, but
  was cancelled after ASCEPCL has been set in CSQYALLI, but before
  SSCATPCL had been set.
  This combination means CSQYEATE will try to copy the queue
  manager's PCL (PROGRAM CALL ENTRY TABLE LIST). But the loop it
  runs to do this consists of unsigned instructions which do not
  exit the loop when the register used for testing is negative.
  This causes storage to be overlaid which leads to the ABEND0C4
  in CSQYEAT2.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQYEATE has been altered to use a fixed(31) register which will
  generate signed instructions to leave the loop when the register
  is zero or negative.
