Using Fault Analyzer, looking at CICS System Information from an Interactive Reanalysis, go to "PI - Pipeline Manager Domain" and then option '1' for Pipelines, this is received: DFHPIPEB control block starting at address 87978997 not available.
Local fix
The CICS formatter VERBX DFHPD640 'PI' can be used to format the pipelines.
