* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This fix resolves the following:        *

*                      1. ADABAS offset in CICS reports has    *
*                         high order bit on                    *
*                      2. Abend loading SYSDEBUG files from    *
*                         A01 panel                            *
*                      3. S0C4 sampling DDF address space      *
*                      4. Correct suspended DDF intercept due  *
*                         to abend                             *
*                      5. Support for EAV volumes              *
*                      6. S0C4 in CAZL0040 downloading reports *
*                         to GUI                               *
*                                                              *
