Error description

• ABEND5C6 00E50001 in CSQSCON2 occurs as CSQSCON2 is
  trying to get the LPVTPLTH latch however CSQIMPU2 already has
  the get-cursor latch and both of these latches have the
  same latch class (31), hence the abend occurs.

  A task holding the get cursor latch attempted to get an ITRQP
  control block, and as there were no free blocks on the free
  chain, an attempt was made to get more storage. This attempt
  failed, due to insufficient private storage being available.
  CSQSCON2 was invoked to contract the queue manager's storage
  pools to potentially make more storage available, however this
  led to a request for the LPVT latch, which is incompatible
  with the get cursor latch.
  This caused the task to abend 5C6-00E50001.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQSCON2 is changed to skip the processing requiring the LPVT
  latch if an incompatible latch is already held, allowing the
  remaining contraction activity to take place before the storage
  request is retried.
