    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The ObjectQuery API fails with a *
    *                      TargetNotAvailablEexception exception   *
    * that contains "unknown response *

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    Partition movement and requests submitted during partition
    initialization or tear down are automatically retried by the
    system. The XIO transport messages for this condition
    incorrectly initialized the ObjectQuery responses, which caused
    a retry to be skpped. The result was a spurious
    TargetNotAvailableException exception with message text,
    "unknown response message : 0".

Problem conclusion

  • The ObjectQuery API responses are now initialized correctly.
    The query is automatically retried, correcting the condition.
